We are a family team, with old fashioned family values. Over a short span of years, we have grown from a team of just two to presently a team of ten. The growth in our team was primarily necessary in order to keep up with the tremendous growth in our property management side of the house. While the real estate sales market was taking a nose dive a few years back, the property management side was growing by leaps and bounds. However, property management requires a large support staff to be efficient. So don't be put off by our new label of "Large Team." We may be growing but that's only to enable us to to serve you better. We have hired additional staff to ensure that our quality of service is not only maintained but improved upon. We are continually learning and trying new marketing techniques and constantly striving to find better ways to improve upon every aspect of our business. But most importantly, even with all the new technology we have to keep up with, our number one goal is providing our clients good "old fashioned type" of one- on-one personalized service... the kind of service that we built our business on when we were only just a team of two.
